I made this [with Calvin's help] for Austin's Christmas party at the The Growing Place. I am always looking for fun [healthy] two-year-old approved snacks. So I came up with the fruit Christmas tree. I always come up with extravagant ideas and then need Calvin's help to engineer them. So here it is the result of our dynamic teamwork. We used: pineapple [as the core,]honeydew, apples, strawberries, kiwi, and oranges [for the stars]. I barely made it through the door before the kids were excitedly picking off the branches [skewers of fruit]! Mission accomplished.
